Marin Magazine Annual Cover Contest Finalist - "Torpedo at Four"
Torpedo at Four - Poncia Ranch - 10x10", oil
On Thursday May 3, 6-8pm there will be an artist reception at the Marin Open Studio Gallery at Town Center, Corte Madera.
My image of "Torpedo at Four" is one of the 12 finalists in this year's Marin Magazine cover contest which had 430 entries. I'm delighted to have been chosen and I hope that the image of Torpedo will put a smile on reader's faces. The painting, a 10x10" oil on panel, will be part of my selection of paintings in the Ranches & Rolling Hills Art Show and Sale for MALT held at the Druids Hall, Nicasio, May 19th and 20th. This show and the May 3rd artist reception for Marin Magazine are free events open to the public and I hope that you can come by and see some inspiring art.
